Monday

Today Carol put together a vase of flowers she took from our garden. She does this all the time during the Spring and Summer and then takes them to work.

Saturday night

Craig, Kevin and family came over tonight for pizza and games. We had a good time.






Kevin even tried skateboarding.

Wednesday night

When I got home from work today I cut the grass. When I finished and came in the house, my wonderful wife had this waiting for me. I don't even know what all it had but it was very good. I always like different flavors to mix up my taste buds.

Sunday

Today started with a bacon, egg and cheese omelet topped with Hot Chipotle salsa.



Then I hit the trails for a ride. After that not much.

A beautiful Saturday

Today was a very nice day. Nice and warm and sunny without the usual high humidity. I went on a bike ride and then did a little work around the house. I watched the Cardinals beat the Cubs in a great game. Then I ate leftovers.

July 4th

Today was a beautiful day. It started with a bike ride and then the usual Saturday yard work. Of course I have to have BBQ pork steaks on the 4th of July. Along with corn on the cob and grilled zucchini makes a great dinner.

Playing WII

Kevin, his girlfriend and her kids came over last night and we played WII. We had a good time except we were up too late. Midnight is way past my bedtime.

Tonight's dinner

Carol said tonight's dinner was dealers choice. Which means she was working late and I needed to fix my own dinner. Which is easy. She always has meat prepared and vacuum seals them and puts them in the freezer. All I had to do was heat it up and open a can of green beans. It was Ok. No complaints from me.
