Hawn State Park

We left Wednesday and went to Hawn State Park near Farmington MO. We had a mini Gathering of A-Frames, all three of us. But this Gathering was in Missouri. A very nice State Park. It was a small campground but really nice, right along bluffs and a small stream. We will want to go back to this Park.

We haven't made Easter eggs for years. Carol said things are going to be different for our next 35 years.

Dual hitch for a bike rack

I bought a dual hitch extender yesterday to try another way to carry our bikes on camping trips. I was not happy with it. There wasn't enough clearance between the two to get the hitch on the ball unless I took the bike rack off. So I had to hitch the trailer, then put the bike rack on, then put the bikes on. I returned it tonight.

Ramsey, Illinois

We attended a Gathering of A-Frames this weekend in Ramsey Illinois. We had a great time as usual. We enjoy seeing all the Aliners, their owners and their modifications. We took our bikes and got a little ride in, too. They also had a cake to celebrate our 35th.

Rainy and Cold

Today was a nasty, rainy, cold day. A perfect day to do the Taxes. I'm glad that is done.

I was told to sign up and start blogging. I did that but now I'm told to sign up on Facebook. So, I signed up on Facebook. I'm still trying to figure it all out. What's next Twitter? What ever that is?
