We finally got the new Aliner out to an event. This was a joint Rally with the Upper Midwest and Central Great Lakes groups.
Close to 30 units there. The weather predictions were terrible, rain and cold. We arrived Wednesday, it was hot and dry. Thursday was cooler with just a little rain. Friday was cooler with more rain. But as always we had a good time. Enjoyed the company and the event.
We had to leave early due to a problem at home. But we enjoyed the time we had.

STL Outsider Art Fair 2013
Craig was showing some art at this event. Like most art shows there were some unusual art and unusual people there.
Rain leads to Sewer backup in our finished basement
A week ago Carol called me at work and said the basement was flooding. I hurried home and found 4" of sewer water covering the whole basement.
Made phone calls to Sewer Company, Insurance Agent, Clean up Company, etc. The sewer water kept getting deeper. 4" then 6" then 8". Then a Carbon Monoxide detector was going off. Called the Fire Department. They shut the gas off and rescued Carol's makeup from the downstairs bathroom. The sewer water kept getting deeper. Then the Fire Department called the Electric Company. When they arrived they shut power off to the house. At this point we had 14" of sewer water. We packed a few clothes and abandoned the ship. We went to a hotel.
The next morning we arrived to find the water had gone down but we had a huge mess. Disgusting!
After several days and 2 full dumpsters things are looking better. Carpet and vinyl is gone, all furniture is gone, bottom couple feet of drywall gone, etc. Things are cleaned up and dry. New furnace and water heater installed. New Dryer, refrigerator and freezer delivered.
Now to get everything re-built.
