Father's Day

Craig, Kevin, Cassie and Capone all came over today. We had a nice day and good food.

Carol made great food. BBQ chicken, potato salad, deviled eggs, beans, garlic bread, corn. Plus a nice banana cake.

Craig & Kevin both had to try out Carol's new lawnmower. Neither one cuts grass. Craig lives in a condo and Kevin pays to have his cut.

I got a couple nice gifts and Craig even made me a card.

Cassie's Birthday

We got together today and celebrated Cassie's birthday. It's a week early but it worked out.
We had a nice day and good food.

Mothers Day

Kevin & Cassie invited us over for a BBQ. It was a beautiful day and the food was great. Enjoyed ourselves.

Then back at home, Carol & I cleaned up the patio a little:

Rend Lake - N. Sandusky Campground

Our reservations at Carlyle Lake were cancelled due to flooding. Too many inches of rain in the last week.
Instead of staying home I found another place to go. We were just at this same campground last month.

The forecast called for a chance of rain Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We decided to go any way. It turned out that we had a few sprinkles one night while sleeping.

We had great weather and did some bike riding.

Ate good food.

We are looking forward to the next camping trip, when ever that is.
