Hawn State Park, MO

Carol retired last week and decided we should go somewhere. We went to Hawn State Park for a couple days. Nice weather and we just relaxed enjoyed it.

   I ate good and we got a little bike riding in.

Mark Twain Lake, Ray Behrens Campground

A Gathering of A-Frames event. Beautiful weather, sunny and warm to start and sunny and cool at the end. Perfect September camping weather. 

We had 15-20 Aliners at this event. It was a great time. This was a Corps campground and as usual they were large sites and no way to get a picture of all of the Aliners.

Jan and Wendy worked too but I failed to get pictures of them working.

I ate good as always:

Pot luck was good. I had to get seconds and the desserts were good too, including Key Lime pie!

This looks like a theme, it's all about me eating.

We visited Carol's favorite pottery place. Anytime we are anywhere near Hannibal we have to go to Ayers Pottery:
