Carlyle Lake, IL - Dam East Campground

Back here again. This time it was for 9 nights. 

We just did all the usual things. We did not even try fishing. Too many other things going on I guess.

We visited with friends and one night went to the Fish House for dinner.

Good looking birds:

I did get a lot of bike riding in. I managed to get in 99 miles on this trip until I had a tire problem. So far this year 318 miles on my bike, but who is counting? New tires are on order.

The hummingbirds are back

We tried out Carol's propane campfire one night.

That makes 37 nights so far this year in the camper. Back home for now. The next trip will be soon.

Enjoyed getting together with everyone.

Played games:

We had a little rain but not enough to stop us from having fun.

Ate good, including fresh trout.

Bike riding is good, watched several fish.

We enjoyed this trip and we are looking forward to the next one
