Dam West Campground Carlyle Lake

We left Boulder and went to the Fishhouse for lunch. After a nice lunch and visit we headed to Dam West. Our spot was still occupied so we hung out on a parking lot. We had visitors and the time went quickly. 

Then Marcia K. showed up. She is on her way home to MN from Kentucky.  We met her at an Aliner rally in Kansas in 2009. Because of Facebook people stay in touch.

We are heading home tomorrow for a few days. This has been another good trip. Ate good and had a lot of laughs.

21 nights in the camper so far this year. I try to average 10 miles a day on my bike. 

I'm behind, I'll have to do better next time.

We will be going again soon!

Boulder Campground at Carlyle Lake. 04-20-2016

We got our favorite spot here that backs up to the marina.

Rainy day when we got here so Carol said she knew a place to go. Nashville, IL to a craft store. She liked this store a lot. I'm sure we will be back here again.

We visited, did some bike riding and relaxed.

McNair Campground Carlyle Lake 04-17-16

We decided the weather was too nice to stay home so we took off and ended up at McNair. We found a nice spot close to friends.  Bike riding here is not so good, very hilly. I like Flat!
Played games and ate good.

We stayed here 3 nights and we are off to Boulder Campground
