Playing WII

Kevin, his girlfriend and her kids came over last night and we played WII. We had a good time except we were up too late. Midnight is way past my bedtime.

Tonight's dinner

Carol said tonight's dinner was dealers choice. Which means she was working late and I needed to fix my own dinner. Which is easy. She always has meat prepared and vacuum seals them and puts them in the freezer. All I had to do was heat it up and open a can of green beans. It was Ok. No complaints from me.

A beautiful Saturday

We had a nice day today. We worked in the yard all morning. We spent the day outside, it was really nice. I had a nice lunch:




Then I took a nap.



Then I had a nice dinner.




Then I watched the Cardinals win.

This was chicken and the rest I'm not sure.
But once again it was great.

Tonight's dinner

Tonight Carol made another great dinner, even though I'm not sure what it was. It had lettuce, chicken, shrimp, corn, avacado, tomato, onion and I don't know what else. Looking forward to tomorrow. I'll probably get a hunk of meat and a vegetable. Maybe I should cook tomorrow night. Maybe not!

Where's the Beef?

Carol came home today with some new foods. She has been reading the Blogs from her brother and his daughters. They have some of the best looking food. I usually like a hunk of meat and a vegetable. This stuff looks different but I'm willing to try new things.


Tonight she made some concoction that she said had tofu. I saw shrimp, broccoli, rice, onion, and who knows what else. It was GOOD!





She also made homemade granola bars. Very Good.

Another ride today
